Char Siew Noodles - Kowloon Hong Kong Style Charcoal Roasted

Char Siew (or Char Siu) is a Cantonese (from Guangdong China) style of barbecued pork made with a mixture of honey, five-spice powder, fermented tofu (that is red), dark soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sherry (or rice wine). Normally when I order Wanton Noodles, it will come with a few slices of char siu. This char siew is genuinely roasted and you can taste it is different from the regular Wanton Noodles stalls. This is at the foodhub at Stirling at block 169.
