I am passionate about cooking and baking, and I created this website in 2010 to share my love for food with others. I enjoy experimenting with different recipes from different countries, particularly since moving to Budapest 16 years ago. I am always open to trying new ingredients and working with editorial clients to develop new recipes. As part of the Deelish Recipes community, I am excited to share my recipes and viewing experience with others who share my passion for food.

On this website, I showcase the recipes I've tested while living abroad, complete with food photography of the final products and step-by-step photos when the procedure calls for an interesting look at the food or cuisine. I also have a passion for food styling, in addition to focusing on the taste and quality of the food.

My life journey, characterized by a unique blend of charisma, independence, generosity, and intellect, has been a vivid tapestry of experiences across various vibrant cities. Each city has played a pivotal role in molding me into the person I am today, helping me navigate the complexities of life while staying true to my values and beliefs. 

Starting in the cosmopolitan city of Singapore, I found myself immersed in a rich blend of cultures, traditions, and a forward-thinking mindset. The city's energy and vibrancy resonated with my charismatic nature, drawing me into the heart of its bustling life. At the same time, the lush green spaces provided the solitude and space I craved for introspection and growth. The diverse culinary landscape and multilingual environment enriched my perspective, enhancing my intellectual curiosity. My involvement in community service and participation in the city’s festive celebrations allowed me to give back, aligning with my generous spirit. 

Budapest, with its historical allure and artistic charm, marked the next chapter of my life. The city, steeped in history and adorned with architectural wonders, provided a serene backdrop for my journey as a young mother. The Danube River's tranquility and the artistic alleys became our playground, fostering a deep bond between my child and me. I cherished the city’s family-friendly atmosphere and safety, which were paramount in nurturing a young soul. The local festivities and cultural heritage served as educational tools, further strengthening our connection to this enchanting city.

In Tallinn, Estonia, I found a harmonious blend of medieval history and modern innovation. The city’s digital advancements and well-preserved Old Town offered a unique perspective on balancing tradition with progress. As a mother to a preschooler, I appreciated the innovative educational approaches and abundance of green spaces. These elements created a nurturing environment for my child to explore, learn, and grow. 

Returning to Singapore was a seamless transition, thanks to the city’s unwavering warmth and abundance of opportunities. As a mother to a pre-teen, I found the city’s blend of tradition and modernity, coupled with a strong sense of community and pursuit of excellence, to be invaluable in shaping our lives. The city continues to offer a balanced environment for both personal and professional development, aligning with my desire for independence and intellectual stimulation.

In each city, I embraced my love for the dramatic and humanitarian aspects of life, finding joy in the spotlight while remaining grounded in my commitment to societal well-being. My journey has been a testament to the richness that comes from embracing life's diversity and complexity. Through the highs and lows, the lessons learned, and the bonds formed, I've come to appreciate the uniqueness of my life's tapestry.
