Teriyaki Chicken Fillet Air-fried, Rice, Garden Salad tossed in Roasted Sesame Dressing, topped with a 'heart-shaped' cherry tomato

This is a simple bento lunch homemade for my 9 year old. In Singapore, we are still on Home-Based Learning (HBL) due to the large cluster around her school area. Today, the chicken fillet fresh from the package, is season gently with some soya sauce. I added a coating of an egg before adding it to some Japanese Panko (breadcrumbs). It is a very easy recipe partly I just added it a pan an sprinkled some vegetable oil. In the Air fryer mode, it was air fried for about 25 minutes. As for the salad, it consists of shreds of lettuce, yellow paprika and cherry tomato. If you diagonally cut a longish cherry tomato, it is possible to make it looks so lovely as an edible garnish to your bento. Lightly tossed the salad with a KewPie roasted sesame dressing.

Ingredients:

300g Chicken Fillet

Dash of soya sauce (to season chicken fillet)

1 egg

1/3 cup Panko (or breadcrumbs)

1/3 cup of Steamed Rice

Lettuce

Paprika

Cherry Tomato

*Optional any salad ingredients that your child loves (eg baby carrots, cucumber etc)

2 tablespoons Teriyaki Sauce

Dash KewPie Roasted Sesame Dressing
