Armenian Appetiser

The Armenian spread of appetisers includes large vegetarian stuffed meatball called Topik, cheese of various types, Chechil, pickled items such as: cucumber, ripe tomatoes, unripe tomatoes, cabbage, cauliflower, grapes, carrots, garlic. Stuffed vegetarian items, grain, fresh herbs, salads, phyllo dough pastries, fried or baked bread dough, byoereks, de rigueur, lavash and flat breads. Following is a video of how they bake the flat breads in the outdoors.
