Hot Brown (Sandwich)
Turkey and bacon on an open-faced sandwich. Mornay sauce tops it all over, bake it, broiled til bread becomes crispy and when you see the sauce turns brown. Sometimes, ham, pimentos, tomatoes are added too. This Hot Brown Sanwich is originally created in Louisville, Kentucky in 1926. It is a variation of a traditional Welsh rarebit.
